Refund policy
RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE
The returns policy is for goods purchased on the website. Zelens Ltd hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened packaging, in unused and undamaged condition. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any purchases where the seal is broken. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned before confirming a refund. Goods not in their original condition, which do not qualify for a refund, will be returned to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For approved refunds: on receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods, exclusive of the initial delivery charge. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender within 30 days of Zelens Ltd receiving the returned goods.
We aim to meet all delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasional tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, Zelens will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. We cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
